Adam Plecker began his career with Caterpillar in 2008 and worked in various product development roles for his first 12 years.  His engineering path carried him from electrical design, to field follow, and eventually landed him as a Machine Integration Engineer on mining wheel loaders.  He helped lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs before transitioning to his current role as a Job Site Solutions (JSS) Fleet Manager in 2020.

Adam helps customers manage their fleets providing focused maintenance and repair strategies, increased equipment uptime and improved productivity.  He is located in the Seattle District working with dealers and customers in the Seattle and Denver districts. Adam has been recognized as someone with high accountability, extreme dedication to work, reliability, attention to detail, and customer focus.  As a result of these strengths he has helped teams achieve goals and exceed expectations, both in engineering and his current role with JSS.

Adam has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and a minor in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Northern Illinois University. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, running, going to the beach, and exploring the southwest region with his wife (Joy).
