Chrissy joined Caterpillar in September 2006 in the Marketing Training Class (MTC 063).  She completed two years of rotational assignments including Wheel Tractor Scrapers in Decatur, IL, Work Tools in Peoria, IL, Altorfer Dealer Rotation in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Global Industry Solutions in Mossville, IL. 

Chrissy received her first field position as an Industrial and Waste Representative in 2009.  She relocated to Vancouver, British Columbia and covered the Seattle and Canada Districts working with thirteen dealers.  In January 2011, Chrissy became the Work Tool Rep for the Canada District and relocated to Toronto, Ontario.  She helped the Canadian dealers achieve improved PINS and forecasting in the work tool market. 

Chrissy returned to Peoria, IL in 2014 as a Marketing Consultant in the Industrial and Waste Group.  She focused on strategy and growth development.  Chrissy joined Job Site Solutions (JSS) in the summer of 2017 managing the marketing and working with the JSS team to build strong dealer and customer relationships.  She is the Team Lead for the Cat Solutions & Services Marketing Team and continues to help JSS achieve sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives. 

Chrissy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and International Studies from Illinois Wesleyan University with a minor in Spanish.  She and her husband (Jon) have been married since 2008 and have three daughters.   Chrissy enjoys cooking, reading, watching movies, traveling and spending time with her family.
