Dave Gerding has worked for Caterpillar for over 13 years in various functions.  Dave began his career in manufacturing and marketing for CAT Paving Products in the United States before spending 9 years serving Latin America in various roles including responsibilities for Paving, Earthmoving and Excavation.  During that time, he worked directly with Caterpillar dealers and customers, consulting on machine, application and training requests in addition to having the opportunity to conduct many seminars and field assessments.  For the last 2 years Dave has taken on a global role supplying sales, application and product support for our soil compactor products as well as being part of the team at Caterpillar that is designing our next generation of machines.
