Caterpillar Equipment Training Solutions (ETS) hosts an annual conference at the Tinaja Hills Demonstration and Learning Center in Green Valley, Arizona for CDIs (Certified Dealer Instructors) and CDOs (Certified Dealer Operators). The event focuses on machine family information as it relates to typical instructor and operator roles. Sessions include classroom presentations, detailed walkarounds, and hands-on operation time.
The conference provides a valuable opportunity to network with fellow CDIs and CDOs, and to build relationships with Caterpillar Demonstrator Instructors and machine family experts. Attendance is by invitation only and limited to current CDIs and CDOs. Conference attendees are responsible for covering the cost of their conference ticket, travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, and transportation to and from the airport.
