Caterpillar Equipment Training Solutions (ETS) Certified Dealer Instructor/Operator (CDI/
CDO) Conference is held annually in Green Valley, Arizona and focuses on machine family information
as it relates to typical instructor/operator job roles. Sessions include classroom presentations, detailed
walkarounds and operation time. The conference is a great opportunity to network with other CDIs
and CDOs, and to develop relationships with Caterpillar Demonstrator-Instructors and machine family
experts. This event is by invitation only to CDIs and/or CDOs and those planning to become a CDI
within the following year. There is no cost to attend the conference, however conference attendees
are responsible for travel, hotel, and transportation to and from the airport.
