We are happy to welcome you to the In-Person All Employee Meeting with our Executive Leadership panel formed of three Senior Vice Presidents (SVP):

• Christophe Pelé, EAME Distribution

• Damien Giraud, CISD

• Herwig Peschl, GCI

And also joined by Daniel Alba, VP Distribution for Europe, as the meeting moderator.

You were requested to register for this event and confirm your attendance for logistical reasons as well as for saftey and security protocol.

You can scroll further down to find the itinerary overview. There will be two pick up times available for our shuttle buses to take you to and from the Hilton hotel:

• 10H15 (three shuttle buses)

• 10H35 (three shuttle buses)

For those wishing to drive to the venue directly, the hotel has 20 parking spaces and opposite is the Palexpo P12 which offers +500 parking spaces.

The AEM will take place in the hotel's  'Geneva 2'  Conference room (signs will be placed to guide attendees).
