The course will run from 7:30am on Monday, November 13th, 2023 to 4:30pm on Thursday, Novembver16th.
This four day, advanced-level course is best for Machine Sales Reps and Managers, Inside Sales Reps, Rental Reps or anyone else who is ready to build upon their existing BCP knowledge. Ideally, attendees would have at least 1 year of experience in the BCP space and have attended BCP Essentials training or completed the BCP Basics courses in the Dealer Performance Center before enrolling in BCP Product & Application training.
Training is focused on Building Construction Products (BCP) division’s product line and how the machine delivers value to the customer. This training is recommended for those who are more familiar with BCP equipment and customer base.
Instructed by product experts, the courses include model line- up and performance updates, product demonstration tips, competitive insights and how the machines work to make our customers more successful.
Attendees will leave with an understanding of the BCP product line up, positioning, and value story. Attendees will gain confidence in their ability to conduct a machine/attachment walk-around, share competitive advantages, and relay the overall value of Cat machines. The course is designed to give a basic level of understanding of the BCP Product Lines to attendees, explaining why machines are designed as they are, what our BCP product offerings are, and how we position against the industry and our competitors.
